Mr. Shehadeh specializes in the legal and strategic representation of start-ups, emerging growth tech companies, multinationals, and venture capital firms. He advises his clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including venture capital investments, financing transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Shehadeh is also experienced in structuring, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements, including agreements for licensing, distribution and marketing, manufacturing, research and development and software as a service, and advises companies on protecting their intellectual property. Clients rely on Mr. Shehadeh for his real-world legal experience, industry knowledge, and business acumen.

Prior to joining NAS Law, Mr. Shehadeh was a senior associate in the High-Tech Department at Herzog and prior to that, an associate in the High-Tech and Venture Capital Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon.  He holds an LL.B from the University of Haifa (2008) and an LL.M from the American University Washington College of Law (2012).
